Course Materials & Shipping Policy
All participants will receive hard copy course materials, with the exception of the following:

Domestic Virtual Public Class Participants who register within 7 business days of the class start date will receive access to the digital course materials only.

International Virtual Public Class Participants will receive access to the digital course materials prior to the training. A physical manual can be shipped for an additional flat rate of $75.

To ensure timely delivery, orders for physical manuals must be placed at least 30 days prior to the course start date.

Orders placed less than 30 days in advance may not arrive before the training due to international shipping and customs delays; however, digital access will still be provided.

Cancellation, Transfer & Substitution Policy
Participant Cancellations
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or fax prior to the start of the class.
- If received 30 or more days before the class, participants are eligible for a full refund.
- If received less than 30 days before the class, the full course fee is non-refundable, but may be applied to a future class within:
- 6 months (virtual classes)
- 12 months (in-person classes) from the original course date.
- After this period, the participant forfeits the class fee.
Rescheduling Policy
- Participants may request to reschedule their registration:
- Rescheduling is allowed once only. No additional reschedules will be permitted.
- Rescheduling timeframes will align with late cancellation terms (<30 days):
- 6 months (virtual classes)
- 12 months (in-person classes) from the original course date.
- If the participant does not reschedule within the applicable timeframe, the registration fee will be forfeited.
No-Shows
- Participants who do not attend and do not provide prior written notice will be considered no-shows and will forfeit the full course fee.
Participant Substitutions
- Participant substitutions are welcome and may be made at any time without penalty.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
Leadership Strategies will make every effort not to cancel any scheduled class. In the rare event that cancellation is necessary:
- Participants will be notified at least 10 calendar days in advance via phone and/or email.
- Participants may choose to:
- Reschedule into another class within 12 months, or
- Request a full refund within 6 months of the cancellation date.
- If a refund is not requested within 6 months, the refund option expires; however, the participant may still reschedule within the full 12-month period.
- If a participant has already booked travel, Leadership Strategies will reimburse airfare cancellation/transfer fees up to $100 with proof of receipt.
Additional Notes
- All rescheduling is subject to class availability.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed.
- If a participant cancels or reschedules and does not take action (refund or reschedule) within the applicable timeframe, the registration fee will be forfeited.
